1. What we provide
Iron Sentinel offers security and compliance advisory services and digital products (template packs, checklists, and guides). Paid advisory engagements are governed by a separate written agreement (an MSA and statement of work); these terms cover the website and self-service digital products.
2. Not legal, audit, or certification services
Our content and products are educational and advisory only and are not legal advice. Iron Sentinel is not a law firm and is not a CPA firm; we do not issue SOC 2 reports or any certification, and no government "certification" of HIPAA exists. Compliance outcomes depend on factors outside our control, and nothing here guarantees that you will pass an audit, examination, or assessment. Consult qualified counsel and licensed professionals for your situation.
3. Digital products & license
Template packs and downloads are licensed to a single business for its own internal use. You may adapt them for your organization but may not resell, redistribute, or republish them as your own product. We retain all intellectual property rights in our materials.
4. Payment & refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, sales are generally final. If a product is defective or you did not receive access, contact us within 14 days at contact@ironsentinelhq.com and we will make it right or refund you.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the site or our materials unlawfully, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iron Sentinel's total liability arising out of the website or any self-service digital product is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. (Advisory engagements carry their own liability terms in the applicable MSA.)
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
