- Information you give us. When you submit a form — the newsletter signup, the AI Governance Readiness Scorecard, or a contact request — we collect the email address (and any details) you choose to provide.
- Purchase information. When you buy a product, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details; Stripe handles payment data under its own privacy policy.
- Usage data. Our host, Cloudflare, may collect standard, privacy-respecting analytics (such as page views and approximate region) to help us understand site traffic. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To respond to you, deliver what you requested, and provide our products and services.
- To send The Sentinel Brief and related updates if you opted in (you can unsubscribe anytime).
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
How it's shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this site on our behalf — currently Web3Forms (form delivery), Stripe (payments), and Cloudflare (hosting/analytics) — and only as needed to provide the service, or where required by law.
Data retention & security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was provided or as required by law, then delete it. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you may request that we access, correct, or delete the personal information you've provided by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; contact us to exercise them.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy; we'll revise the effective date above when we do.
